Do I have to create an account to lease a handbag?

Yes. By registering with us you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits:

Is my personal information kept private?

Be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy in full at the menu in footer of our site.

 

Where do I find my account information and recent activity?

When you login to your Supursestyle account you will find your Account Dashboard where you have the ability to view a snapshot of your recent account activity and update your account information. At the Account Dashboard you will find various links to view or edit your account information.

 

How do I update my email address?

Login to your Supursestyle account and click on the Edit icon in Contact Information. Update your email address and then click save.

 

What do I do if I forget my password?

To reset your password, click on “Forgot Your Password“on the Login In page. On the following page, please enter your email address. You will receive a link in your email to reset your password.

 

How does Supursestyle work?

Supursestyle is a luxury rental source where you can find your favorite handbags to rent, enjoy it and return it when your term is over or when you are ready. You have the option of leasing a handbag per week or per month. Sales tax is required in some states. Browse our collection now! 

 

Do you offer insurance?

Insurance for wear and tear is included in the price of each rental. Please note insurance does not cover theft, loss or severe damage. You will be responsible for the full retail price of the item if it is stolen, lost or severely damaged. If we notice multiple cases of excessive damage to your rentals we reserve the right to close your account at any time. For a full detail of the insurance coverage and damage responsibilities please refer to the 'Terms and Conditions – Lease' link in the menú at the footer of our site.

 

How much does shipping cost, can I get my requested ítem sooner?

Shipping is calculated: cost varies by customer location. Alll deliveries will be through Supursestyle's shipping partners, which may change from time to time at Supursestyle's discretion. The shipping method used will be at the discretion of Supursestyle. When placing your order, simply select your preferred delivery option and if you like, you can estimate shipping costs prior to placing an order click on the ‘Estimate Shipping’ tab in the handbag profile page.

 

How long will it take to get the handbag after you receive my order?

Once we receive your order, it may take 1-2 days to process. Once the item is shipped you will receive it within 3 business days with our standard shipping option. Your rental period begins the day you receive your handbag.

 

Does my billing address have to match my shipping address?

Your billing address must be the same as the shipping address. Due to credit card procedures, we cannot ship to a different address than we bill to. In some instances, Supursestyle may ship to a non-billing address once a history has been established with the Customer, however, if your order is shipping to an address other than the billing address on your credit card, we may contact you to list the alternate address with your credit card company. Your order will not be processed until your payment has been confirmed. This helps prevent fraudulent use of your credit card.

 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or international addresses?

Currently, we are not able to ship to P.O. boxes, APOs or international addresses.

 

What taxes apply to my order?

At the moment, we are required to collect sales tax for deliveries in the State of Texas.

 

What is your return policy on Leased items?

If you are unhappy with your rental item, you may return it for a full credit card refund. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of the rental originally paid minus standard and expedited shipping fees. You may use the pre-paid return label provided at the time of lease of the item however this fee will be charged to the customer when the item is received by Supursestyle. The item must have the Authenticity tag attached and be in transit back to us within two business days (including Saturdays) of arrival at the customer’s shipping address.

 

How long will it take to receive a refund?

For any refunds for returned items, please allow 2-3 business days after the item has arrived at Supursestyle, in order for us to inspect and process the return. After the return is confirmed valid, the refund will be issued.

 

How long can I Lease an item for?

There is no time limit for leasing. As long as your account remains in good standing, the frequency of handbag rotation is up to you. Your credit card will automatically be charged 48 hours after the end of the intial rental term to allow for returns. Your rental period begins the day you receive your handbag. If you rent a handbag for a week, the week starts counting the day that your bag was delivered to the shipping address specified by you. Supursestyle will send you an email alert to help you remember when your rental return is due.

 

How do I return an item I rented?

When you are ready to return your handbag, you will need to ship it back with the UPS label that was provided in the original shipping. Please send it back in the original shipping box and use the return shipping label included in the package. Drop your package at any UPS location. Note that this shipping fee will be charged to the customer once the handbag is received at our fashion house. 

 

How do I cancel a return?

There is no need to cancel a return after the lease term is over. Just keep enjoying your handbag and return it when you are ready.

 

What is the Wishlist?

The Wishlist allows you to save items that you're thinking about leasing. If they are available you can click Lease now on the handbag page. You can add items to your Wishlist clicking on “Add to Wishlist“ from each handbag´s profile page.

 

What happens if I fall in love with a leased handbag and want to keep it? Can I buy it?

At this time, we are not offering sale of rented handbags. 

 

What payment methods does Supursestyle accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa credit cards. Pre-paid cards are not accepted as a form of payment. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by Authorize.net.

 

Can I lease more than one item at the same time?

Customers may lease up to two (2) handbags at the same time once a history has been established with Supursestyle prior to renting the second handbag, and will require a deposit or an additional card on file.

 

When is my credit card charged for an item rental? 

Item rental, sales tax (where required) and optional expedited shipping fees will occur on the date the order is placed. Item renewals will be charged 48hrs after the renewal date of a new term to allow for shipping if items are being returned.

 

What is a credit card pre-authorization? 

Supursestyle reserves the right to ask for a deposit and/or limit the number of items that a customer may rent at any time and/or to require the return of any or all rented items in a customer's possession in the event customer fails to make required payments on time or in the event other factors arise which, in our sole discretion, increase the risk of non-timely payment by you. The current monthly rental rates are outlined in detail on the Site. Deposits will be refunded once Supursestyle property has been returned and cleared of damage or can be put towards another rental upon the customers request.

 

Are rental items new? What condition are the rental items in? 

Rental items are new and in like-new condition. There should only be minor signs of wear and tear if any. Each item is cleaned and inspected before it is rented again to a new customer.

Are the handbags authentic?

Yes, we source, lease and deliver 100% authentic handbags to our customers.

 

What are some advantages to renting instead of buying?

What if the item I'm borrowing becomes dirty or breaks?

We've got you covered. Damage insurance is included in the price of each rental. Please note insurance does not cover theft, los sor severe damage. You will be responsible for the full retail price of the item if it is stolen, lost or severely damaged. If we notice multiple cases of excessive damage to your rentals we reserve the right to close your account at any time.

 

What should I do with the authenticity tag that is attached to my rental?  

The Authenticity tag is your assurance that the item you've received is 100% authentic. It must remain attached to the item you've rented if you wish to return an ítem within 48hrs of being delivered. You will not receive a refund if you return the item without the Authenticity tag. You can remove the tag if you are going to keep the rental beyond the initial 48hrs.

 

Do you accept checks or money orders? 

We are not accepting checks or money orders at this time.

 

Can I buy a handbag instead of lease?

At the moment, we are not offering our rental items for sale. 

 

What condition are the items eligible for purchase in?  

At the moment, we are not offering our rental items for sale. 

 

Can I rent a handbag for a friend and send it to her address?

No. Since the credit check and address validation is perfomed on the customer creating the user account, this option is not eligible at this time.

 

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your order has been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change it or edit your billing and shipping details. If you need to make any amendments, please call Customer Service at 1-800-840-1696.

 

What is your return policy on purchased items? 

We will accept returns WITHIN 14 DAYS of customer receipt on all purchased items.

 A full credit card refund will be given less any expedited shipping fees.

 Items must be unworn and in the original condition in which they were sent.

 Authenticity tag must not be removed nor reattached. Items without authenticity tags will not be accepted for returns.

There will be no exceptions for returns outside this policy and Supursestyle is not responsible for those items. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance. We suggest insuring the package upon its return to protect against loss or theft. Supursestyle is not responsible for returns that are lost before they arrive at our premise.

 

How do I return a purchased item?

Re-package your purchased item to include all original packaging materials (boxes, dust bags, tissue) and a copy of your receipt. Simply choose your own method of shipping and send your package to Supursestyle:
